Welcome to Dough n Delight—I’m thrilled to have you here. I’ve spent over 15 years in the culinary world, but my passion for cooking started much earlier, back in my childhood kitchen. Today, my mission is simple: to make cooking joyful, approachable, and a little bit magical for everyone.

How It All Began

My love for food began when I was just a kid, watching my mom and grandmother create wonders with simple ingredients. I remember sneaking tastes of cookie dough and helping stir pancake batter. Even back then, I could feel the magic of cooking—the way it brings people together.

In my 20s, I followed that passion to culinary school, where I discovered the technical side of cooking. After graduation, I worked in some of New York City’s finest restaurants, honing my skills and discovering the art of gourmet cuisine. But it was my two years in Italy that changed everything. I fell in love with the simplicity and soulfulness of artisanal baking and knew I wanted to share that with the world.

What Inspires Me
